The outside makes you go...oh no NOTupdated. Inside it THANKFULLY IS. My room had 2 queens w sofa bed,desk micro and fridge. Was there on Biz -this met my needs perfectly. Staff friendly and helpful. Getting to it: the hotel is HIDING behind another bldg for various items; there's a story BUT I'll skip it (has to do with when they were building the hotel waaay back!). Just follow the signs: parking is avail on both sides, carts are avail to bring in all your stuff and away you go. Small bonus: a wine bar BoldtHouse opened the week before I arrived. A colleague of mine went with me: great wine, beer AND food. Live music I could see frm my room BUT not hear. Perfect!! Separate review!!
Stayed there for two days and every morning was woken by a bunch of small kids running through the halls screaming and when going to the room one night there was roaches crawling around in the hall not uncommon in that area friendly service was nice the people that worked behind the front counter where the best at making us feel welcome not like the expensive places I typically stay when traveling where there so stuck up and rude it makes you want to get a refund the employees here where so good I simply ignored the imperfections and made do rather nicely
The hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the beds in the room. My family and I passed out from our activities in much comfort. Loved the shower as well. Just right down the road from the Kemah Boardwalk. Overall great experience!
The hotel was clean and well organized. The staff were welcoming and friendly and responsive to any of my concerns! The location is well placed for people wanting close access to shopping and food.
Not a great location. Our room had blood stains on the carpet around the desk/couch and lots of minor issues like a broken toilet seat, dirty mirror, and paint peeling off the walls. Sheets were clean at least and walk in shower was nice. Decor is “modern” but feels more like a dorm room than comfortable hotel. Breakfast was fine but lacking compared to complimentary breakfast provided at Hilton locations such as Hampton Inn.
