Checked in. Impressed as soon as I walked in. Got to the room... Really, the blinds are broken.... General Manager at first said there were several rooms with broken blinds and tried to blame it on Harvey. When I told her I was contacting Hilton Corp, she backtracked and said it was just THIS ROOM...I DESPISE LIARS! So my choices are take another room closer to the elevator, and facing a busy street or take a room on 2nd floor. For security reasons, I always choose top floor away from fast exits!!!! Will never stay at this place AGAIN!!!
This place accommodated me after the Comfort Inn and Suites refused to honor my reservation after hurricane Harvey. The service and room have been excellent. I'll definitely be staying here in the future.
I love this hotel! It's so new and the space theme is great. I especially LOVE the staff! They are so kind and helpful. This is our new "go to" hotel for the Seabrook/Clear Lake/Webster area.
Made reservations after Hurricane Harvey for a school trip for 2 queen beds. The day of check in I was given a king bed with a pull out couch. I did not receive an email or anything beforehand. Then when we went to the desk to ask for the 2 queen beds that I had a reservation for the manager stated that I made the reservations before Harvey which is a lie, then told me she couldn't just throw the evacuees out. I NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THE EVACUEES!! Just upset because others in our group got the rooms they reserved. I do not like being lied to nor have an attitude about giving me the wrong room. If you do not have certain rooms, please do not take a reservation unless you let the guests know exactly what is available.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The employees are extremely nice. The rooms are very nice and clean with comfortable beds and pillows.
